Step 1 Launch the MFP's web interface and login as an admin
Step 2 Navigate to the email section
Step 3 Enter your email settings and click ok

Step 1 Launch the machine's web interface and login as an admin.
Step 2 Click on Administration and then click on Email.
Step 3 Enter your from Address and From Name.
Step 4 Next to SMTP Client click on Settings and enter your email Settings. Make sure you click Save on both the SMTP Client screen and Email Screen for changes to take affect.
